Twenty-three years building enterprise software. Currently deep in customer identity & access management — centralising identity across the platform, integrating Entra ID, designing GraphQL federation patterns, and pushing ADR-driven architecture governance across teams.

The work that excites me: where the seams between systems live. Identity, auth, governance. The plumbing nobody sees until it breaks.

Three use cases on the same rig: family karaoke, electric guitar, acoustic guitar. The lesson: any modeller is only as good as the flat-response cab it runs through.
